Renmoney CEO, Tobi Boshoro Resigns, As Chairman, Kieran Donnelly Takes Over In Acting Capacity
BlackBox Nigeria can confirm that the Chief Executive Officer, RenMoney Microfinance Bank, Mrs Tobi Boshoro, has resigned from the bank.
The official statement from the top non-banking lender, RenMoney Microfinance Bank said Mrs Tobi Boshoro resigned for personal reasons.
It was learnt that Mrs Boshoro, who has held several top positions in top-ranking companies resigned from the bank barely after a year of been hired to attend to personal matters.
In a similar development, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, Kieran Donnelly also announced he will be stepping down from the position in order to lead the company as Acting CEO until a substantial CEO is appointed.
While at Renmoney, Mrs Boshoro successfully transformed the company to become the alternative lender in the Nigerian economy and became the first non-banking lender as it grew its books by over 200%. The company also made a huge profit for the first time in the history of its existence during her reigns.
