The founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo is currently being interrogated by detectives over rape allegations pointed against him by Bukola, wife of the famous singer, Timi Dakolo.
Mrs Bukola Dakola had earlier pointed the hands of accusation against Pastor Biodun for allegedly raping her 20 years ago while she was still a teenager.
DCP Frank Mba, the Force Public Relations confirmed this in an interview on Tuesday.
Frank Mba further explained that this is proof the case had not been forgotten, rather, the force wanted to get statements from several witnesses and build a concrete standpoint before inviting Fatoyinbo for questioning.
