By Director General of the iCare Foundation, Mayor Deen Sanwoola on Thursday declared that Hon Babajimi Benson has been clearing all his campaign promises as some blocks of classrooms were delivered to selected primary schools in Ikorodu area of Lagos State.
Mayor Deen disclosed this during the commissioning of the blocks of classrooms which were facilitated by the representative of the Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Hon Benson.
The two blocks, which has three classrooms each were donated to Africa Bethel Primary School Maya and Community Primary School, Imota.
The projects that were financed by the Federal Government through the Federal Ministry of Education were facilitated by Hon Benson.
The lawmaker used the readiness of the projects for commissioning to mark his 45th birthday.
In his welcome speech, Mayor Deen affirmed that during the campaign era, Jimi Benson promised all the 6 divisions that make up the Local Government dividends of democracy when he is elected.
He said despite all the activities which Hon Benson has embarked upon since he came into office, he promised to continue with his good works, to always give dividends of democracy to his constituents.
