By President Buhari in Turkey on official visit with his family
President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived the Turkish city of Istabul ahead of the D-8 Summit. The President left Abuja yesterday after presiding over the weekly FEC meeting in company of top government officials and Aso Rock staff including Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari and the FCT Minister.
The President who has been invited to the Asian country’s capital, Ankara by the President will also be holding bilateral talks with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. He will also be visiting Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey in Ankara where he is set to meet the speaker.
However, back home, many have begun wagging tongues after it was discovered that asides a huge number of entourage, the team also had President Buhari’s family as part of the delegation.
With the President is his wife, Aisha and two of their children, Yusuf and Halima who for uncertain reasons are a part of the delegation.
