Controversial street-pop singer, Portable, has reignited online drama after launching a fresh attack on rapper and music executive Olamide, alleging that the YBNL boss will regret not signing him at the peak of his breakout success.
In a series of emotional posts, the Zazuu crooner claimed Olamide abandoned him despite initially showing support, insisting that the decision would backfire.
“You will regret not signing me. I believe in God, my phone and sub. Any disappointment is a blessing. I am blessed internationally, I get fan base,” he wrote.
Portable also praised UK-based rapper Skepta for supporting him when others, according to him, withdrew their backing.
“If you forget me, my own God no go forget me. God bless Skepta, my helper wey carry me from where them stop,” he added.
The singer suggested that he was sidelined for “fighting for his rights” and vowed that no one can stop his rise.
“Olamide Baddo go regret why him no sign me again just because I fight for my own right. God of Zazuu is coming for you people those who dey block my ways. I believe I can fly, star no dey beg to shine,” he said.
Portable further urged his followers to appreciate those who genuinely support them, warning that those who sabotage their helpers face dire consequences.
“Love who love you. Support those who support you. If you spoil me for who love me, you go die young,” he wrote.
The rant has since gone viral, sparking another round of debates about Portable’s outbursts, gratitude, industry relationships, and the role Olamide played in his early rise to fame.
