Controversial music sensation, Portable, is saddling up to release a new EP titled “Ogo Wanted,” inspired by his recent clash with the Ogun State government.

Recall that the singer was recently declared wanted by the police over multiple charges, including conspiracy, assault, and possession of weapons, BlackBox Nigeria reported.

Following his surrender to the Lagos SCID, Portable was transferred to the Ogun State Police headquarters, where he faced court charges.

He pleaded not guilty to the allegations and was granted a N20m bail, with the trial adjourned until March 5. Additionally, he was ordered not to discuss the case on social media.

In the wake of these events, Portable took to Instagram to share a teaser for his upcoming project.

In the post, he boldly declared, “OGO wanted. Music money pass Yahoo. Zeh Nation many inspiration,” referring to his belief that his music earnings surpass those of internet fraudsters, often referred to as “Yahoo boys.”

The new EP, “Ogo Wanted,” is set to detail the drama surrounding Portable’s legal troubles and is expected to add another controversial chapter to his career.
