Reality TV star and entrepreneur Porsha Williams has revealed that she is exploring new dimensions of her dating life, sharing that she is currently “talking to” both a man and a woman following her highly publicized divorce from Nigerian businessman Simon Guobadia.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum made the revelation while speaking at CultureCon 2025 in Brooklyn over the weekend, where she candidly discussed her journey of healing and rediscovery since finalizing her divorce earlier this year.
“I’m talking to two people — one’s a man and one’s a woman,” Porsha Williams said during the discussion, adding that both individuals are “nice” and “not narcissists,” a subtle reference to her previous relationships.
Porsha Williams, who is in her early forties, noted that while she is open to new experiences, she is also learning to set healthy boundaries and approach love with more intention.
“They challenge me and ask me questions. They don’t just do whatever they need to do to get into the relationship,” she explained. “It feels different this time.”
The reality star’s comments mark the first time she has publicly acknowledged dating someone of the same sex. However, Williams did not define her sexuality, instead explaining that she is focused on self discovery and prioritizing emotional growth after her marriage.
Her latest remarks come months after she shared that she planned to remain single until she felt “whole” again following her split from Guobadia, whom she married in 2022 and divorced in 2025. Their separation attracted public attention, partly due to Guobadia’s ongoing immigration issues and the scrutiny surrounding their relationship.
Williams’ openness about her dating life has generated widespread discussion online, with many fans praising her for her honesty and vulnerability. The television personality continues to balance her work in media, motherhood, and advocacy for women’s empowerment as she embraces a new chapter of self-awareness and authenticity.
