While Nigerians are still trying to catch their breath from the Baba Ijesha rape saga, the sad story of the rape and murder of a female job seeker in Uyo has left many even more disenchanted.
Blackbox Nigeria reported earlier that a Nigerian lady, Hindy Iniobong Umoren, who went missing after she left her home for a job interview, has been found dead.
Iniobong was invited for an interview at an undisclosed location along airport road in Uyo, on Thursday.
In sad a twist of events, she was allegedly raped and murdered.
However, while the Uyo police command is yet to release any official statement as regards the ugly incident, a video from the bird app has one of the state policemen attesting to the fact that Hindy was sexually and physically abused.
The policeman further revealed that the body of Hindy has been exhumed and deposited for autopsy.
