Yesterday, Friday,January 4th 2019 reopened fresh wounds in the hearts of family members and friends of the late Mutiat Odubeke, a victim of electrocution by a live tension cable belonging to Ikeja Disco in Ikorodu as her remains was finally laid to rest at the Igbogbo-Ibeshe Road Cemetery, Ikorodu, Lagos.

The Islamic burial rite was observed at about 11 AM in a very emotional and tensed atmosphere with regrets on the faces of all present over the ill-fated incident that led to her sudden demise after days of medical intervention at the Gbagada General Hospitals.
Report has it that Mutiat lost her husband two years ago to illness and was left to cater for their only son until her death. She died at the age of 40.
