By A Nigerian identified as Adedeji Abiodun Liadi, popularly called Olubadan has been reported dead while he was jogging on campus. He is a Doctorate degree student of International Islamic University, Malaysia (IIUM).
Mr Liadi, who is an indigene of Oyo State is a lecturer at the Department of Economics at the National Open University Nigeria (NOUN), Lagos Campus.
He has however been buried in Malaysia at the Muslim burial ground due to the Islamic Rites. In attendance at the burial were hundreds of wellwishers including representatives of Nigerian High Commission in Malaysia, Daily Trust gathered.
Mr Liadi attended Eleta High School, Ibadan; Lagos State University and University of Lagos. He joined NOUN in 2013 as a lecturer and started his PhD programme in Malaysia in 2014.
