Nigerian influencer Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has revealed in a video that his( Non Govermental Organization )NGO’s account was hacked, leading to the diversion of ₦160 million from the ₦200 million donated to the cause.
According to him, the account was hacked through the website, which he described as his bank account where the funds were stored.
The NGO, which is dedicated to community development and equipping public schools, had received significant donations, including ₦100 million from music producer Don Jazzy.
This revelation has sparked various reactions online. Influencer Oyemyke shared his thoughts in a video, saying, “This is either a skit or you are catching cruise.”
Another user, @Itzbasito, commented, “VeryDarkMan said ₦180m is missing from the ₦200m donation for his NGO. See scope o, like say we be primary school students.”
Similarly, another user expressed skepticism, stating, “Is VeryDarkMan whining people who donated to him or what? At least it’s not April yet?”
The alleged hacking and loss of funds have left many questioning the authenticity of the claims.
