By OTS Foundation Launches Scholarship for Indigent in Ibeju Lekki
The Ogungbo Temitope Sofwan (OTS) Foundation has announced the launch of its Educational Support Scheme, aimed at empowering deserving tertiary students from Ibeju Lekki Local Government with financial assistance.
The scheme is designed to assist students who are excelling academically and in need of support to further their education.
The Founder, serving as the supervisor of education in Ibeju-lekki local government area of Lagos State saw this initiative as a form of empowerment for tertiary student indigent in the area.
Sofwan, who is also the state chairman, Lagos Youth Initiative— an avenue for the progress and development scheme for Lagos youth, hopes to change the narrative with the groundbreaking support scheme among his other initiative particularly in the education sector.
However, the eligibility for a prospective beneficiary includes, such student must maintain a minimum of 3.5 CGPA and are invited to apply by submitting their applications through a provided link.
The application period is open from Saturday, January 25th to Wednesday, January 29th, 2025.
Successful applicants will receive their support funds on the disbursement day, which will take place during the OTS Foundation’s One Year Anniversary event on Friday, January 31st, 2025, at 2 pm.
The event will be held at Idado Primary School, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State.
