By Ondo State Governor, Akeredolu Appoints Former Lagos Lawmaker As Commissioner For Health
Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu SAN, has approved the appointment of Dr Jibayo Adeyeye as Acting Commissioner of Health in the State.
The appointment of Dr Adeyeye follows the death of the substantive Commissioner for Health, Dr Wahab Adegbenro, who died recently from complications relating to COVID19.
Dr Adeyeye, who was a former two-term member of the Lagos State House of Assembly was until his new appointment the Special Adviser on Health to Governor Akeredolu.
His appointment as Acting Commissioner for Health is with immediate effect.
