Ojaja Scholarship Competition: Ooni of Ife to dole out N30M to secondary school students in Yorubaland

The Ooni of Ife is giving out N30m in scholarships

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II is set to give out N30 Million in scholarships to secondary schools students. 20 students from Yorubaland have the opportunity to benefit in the scheme tagged the Ojaja Scholarship Competition and powered by the Arole Oodua through his Ojaja Education Initiative.
The competition will benefit students in government owned secondary schools in the six states of the South Western part of Nigeria.

According to information gathered by BlackBox Nigeria, the “Ojaja Scholarship is about empowerment in education. With ₦30 million, Ooni Adeyeye Ogunwusi is supporting the education of youths in Yorubaland regardless of their status and capability. The goal is to empower the youth to positively impact their world. Ojaja Scholarship scheme is a special academic competition for all Government -Owned Secondary School Students from the six South-West states of Nigeria. 20 students will expectedly receive 30 million naira worth of scholarship.”
