By Ogun Senator, Buruji Kasamu Dies Of COVID19
Updates reaching BlackBox Nigeria confirms the death of Senator Buruji Kasamu.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that Senator Kasamu died due to complications suffered from the dreaded coronavirus.
Confirming his death, his friend and fellow lawmaker of the 8th Assembly, Senator Ben Murray Bruce announced that Kasamu died today, Saturday at the First Cardiology Consultants,Lagos where he has been receiving treatment.
Emotional Bruce took to his verified Twitter account to make the death of the Ogun Senator known to the public as there is yet to be an official statement regarding his death.
Senator Bruce tweeted, “I have just lost my good friend of forever to #COVID19. Until his death, Sen. Buruji Kashamu and I were inseparable. He died today at First Cardiology Consultants, in Lagos. May his gentle soul rest in peace. I pray his family and loved ones the fortitude to bear this heavy loss.”
