By The National Union of Road Transport Workers, Lagos State, has endorsed the candidate of the All Progressives Congress for Saturday’s Lagos East Senatorial bye-election, Mr. Tokunbo Abiru.
The NURTW Lagos Chair, Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo was seen in a viral photo on social media, posing with a campaign shirt of the APC candidate. Also in the picture were Hon. Saheed Ibukunle and Hon. Segun Olulade, a former member of the Lagos State House of Assembly.
Abiru, 56, was the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Polaris Bank Limited, Nigeria. He resigned in August, 2020 to contest the Lagos East senatorial election under the platform of All Progressives Congress.
