By The Federal High Court of Nigeria, is set to commence its annual vacation on Monday, July 20.
Cheif Judge of the federation, Hon. Justice I.U Bello, while making the declaration stated that the 2020 vacation is to end on Monday, September 7th, 2020.
Adding that different divisions should ensure to leave a vacation judge behind.
Court processes and litigation have been greatly delayed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, with the annual vacation in sight, court processes are expected to be delayed further.
