By Nigerian Family Publicly Disowns Lady Over Same Sex Marriage
A lady simply identified as Shalom T Shoremi has been publicly disowned by her Family members after she submitted application for same Sex Marriage in a Federal Marriage Registry in Nigeria, BlackBox Nigeria can report.
According to the public announcement which was published in one of the popular dailies, the named lady requested for a Special Marriage License on 22nd of March, 2018. It was learnt that the request was rejected as it is in variance with the Marriage Laws in the country.
BBN also gathered from the publication that the Family while announcing the severring of the birth tie with Shalom also announced that she will no longer be entitled to any inheritance from the Family. See below for the public notice…
The publication is currently gaining media attention as it has spring up debates on what could have led the named lady approach a Nigerian Government agency to apply for a license that is against the Marriage Act of the country. Some observers believe the publication is an orchestrated plan to help the named lady secure visa out of the country.
