Multi-talented Nigerian musician, Fakoya Oluwadamilare, popularly known as Qdot, has enrolled for a music degree at the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, BlackBox Nigeria has gathered.
The 33-year-old on Monday posted a picture on Instagram, where he posed in front of a signage in the varsity.
Qdot rose to fame in 2013 after the release of his hit track “Alomo meta”, under Omo Ita Entertainment record label before he left prior to his contract expiry.
The singer attended the United Senior High School in the Ikorodu area of Lagos for his secondary school. He would later to proceed to the Yaba College of Technology where he studied General Art.
Meanwhile, the Ikorodu-bred is described as an all-rounder, as he is versatile with the musical genres including hip hop, Afrobeat, all themed in his indigenous language, Yoruba — creating a niche for himself with his style of music which is a blend of Afrocentric and African songs.
