By Nigeria VJ lashes out at Banky W for disrespecting fans with South African wedding
Nigerian presenter, Martins Benson Junior better known as VJ Tipsy has criticized singer and record label boss, Banky W for taking his wedding away from Nigeria.
The event host while speaking exclusively with BlackBox Nigeria opined that Banky W was wrong to have staged his wedding in South Africa.
According to him “Why will Banky take his wedding to Cape Town when most of his fans are here in Nigeria? Is he saying that the fans don’t matter anymore or that when it comes to occasions only the haves matter? Couldn’t Banky have sponsored few fans to his Wedding as a sign that he is still in sync with his fans? Most times celebrities should not just say ‘I love my fans.. you guys are the best’ they should always show it.”

VJ Tipsy further revealed that lavish weddings are uncalled for especially for those who cant readily afford it.
“It pains me to see people lavish so much on traditional wedding when it’s just only for the basics, and after the marriage they raise their mouths towards heaven for a manner. Please cut your coat according to your size,” he said.
The presenter who also doubles as a content producer however had congratulatory words for Banky W and his Nollywood sweetheart, Adesua.
