The National Association of Online Security Reporters, yesterday, felicitated with DSP Bala Elkana as he was promoted to Superintendent of Police.
The Association, while, felicitating with him (Bala Elkana), praised his proffrsionalism and proactiveness in media engagements.
“Bala Elkana is an exceptional police officer who has demonstrated professionalism, gallantry and top rated Police-Civic engagement and image making.” The National President of the Association, Oki Samson said.
NAOSRE is a body of All investigative and Online Journalists covering the security beat across the country, as Bala Elkana was newly promoted by the Police service commission led by former inspector General of Police, Alhaji Musiliu Smith.
