Popular content creator, Mr Macaroni has implore Nigerians not to manipulate celebrities into speaking on topics they are not comfortable with.
He has rejected the call to unfollow celebrities who aren’t speaking out against government policies.
He made a recent statement in a response to a tweet on X, urging Celebrities to advocate against government policies.
He believes it’s unfair to expect celebrities to make sacrifices that the general public isn’t willing to make.
According to him, celebrities are citizens just like everyone else, and it’s not right to blame them for not speaking out when the majority of people are quiet.
Mr. Macaroni emphasized that not all celebrities wish to speak on social issues, and it’s wrong to manipulate them into doing so.
He also pointed out that even when celebrities do speak out, they often face backlash and criticism.
This isn’t the first time Mr. Macaroni has spoken out against the government.
In the past, he has criticized the Buhari-led administration for its handling of the economy and security.
