One Olabowale Samuel, 33, has been arrested for allegedly defiling a 7-year-old girl in Shagamu,Ogun State.
The suspect was arrested following a report by the victim’s father, who discovered bloodstains on his daughter’s underwear when he returned from work.
The victim, whose mother has separated from the father, was left in the care of a neighbor who did not know when the suspect lured her to his house.
