Luxury bus claims the life of three in Ife

Three persons have been crushed to death in the Ife-Ibadan expressway by a luxury bus en-route Abuja from Akure on Monday.
Mr. Aderibige Odogiyan, the Head of Operation of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirmed the accident to NAN.
The three victims, included a father, who accompanied his son to write post-UTME test of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a commercial motorcyclist.
Eye witnesses claimed that the bus, belonging to Ekeson transport company, with registration number: AAA 45 XW, drove against traffic when it rammed into the motorcycle marked: TTD 242 QJ killing all three.
The identities of the father and son were withheld based on the plea of the family; the motorcyclist was however identified, simply as Mr. Sunday.
The corpses of the trio had been deposited at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex (OAUTHC) mortuary in Ile-Ife.
The FRSC Head warned motorists against flouting traffic rules and regulations necessary to minimize road crashes.
