Live Responsibly And Drink Responsibly, Don’t Mix What You Don’t Know- Olamide Speaks On Science Student

Olamide has called on his fans, especially Youth to rather aspire for a State of Fulfillment of Purpose rather than ‘highness state

Leader of the YBNL Nation, Olamide Badoo has finally broken silence on the reactions trailing his new studio work, Science Student. He maintains that he still supports the Say No To Drug Abuse campaign.

In a statement released on his social media page, Olamide admonishes his fans not to mix what they don’t know as he said aspiring for the ‘highness state’ shouldn’t be a call but a state of purpose fulfillment and passion disclovery.

He posted, “Since the release of #ScienceStudent, the support has been massive. As you are all sharing, dancing, singing along to this relatable music of mine, I want you all to take some time to reflect on the subject, say no to drug abuse. Don’t abuse alcohol. stop mixing what you don’t know about. Live responsibly and drink responsibly. Don’t aspire the ‘highness state’ but a state of purpose fulfillment and passion discovery. Together let’s put an end to drug abuse and save as many lives as possible. The video will be out soon and I can’t wait for you all to see it. #SayNoToDrugAbuse #DrinkResponsibly #ScienceStudent”

Olamide’s reaction is coming on the heels of backlashes his new track, Science Student, and other songs have gotten, as critics yell for the ban of the song, most recent is that of a former Governorship candidate of Edo State, Mr Pedro Obaseki. In videos the politician uploaded online, Obaseki opined that a song that encourages mixing of drinks shouldn’t be left but banned from the airwaves.
