By Let’s Meet In Court, Falz Tells MURIC Over #ThisIsNigeria Video Withdrawal Ultimatum
Popular music artist, Folarin Falana aka @falzthebahdguy has responded to the call by Muslims Rights Concern group (MURIC) that he withdraw the video of his #ThisIsNigeria song.
MURIC gave Falz a 7 days Ultimatuom on Tuesday to take down his Childish Gambino’s cover of ”This Is Nigeria” as it is portraying the Chibok girls as happy as otherwise to what their plight.
The singer’s Management wrote, “We have nothing to say. We are not withdrawing the video neither are we commenting on their claims. If they (MURIC) have any grievance they can head to court and we will meet them”.

Falz in his personal capacity have said the primary motivation for his song was to “trigger an awakening among the Nigerian people about the numerous political and social ills that we constantly face as a country”.
