With contemporaries like Hubert Ogunde, Duro Ladipo, Baba Sala, Oyin Adejobi amongst others, Charles Olumo is one of the living legends from the old order of filmmakers and actors.

‘Baba Agbako’ has however had his own fair share of celebrity scandals chief of which was a long time rumour that he was the biological father of Fuji star, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma. Although that rumour might have been laid to rest now, it was quite overwhelming at some point which led to the Yoruba actor clearing the air that the rumour was indeed far from the fact.

Agbako admitted dating Pasuma’s mother when she was under the tutelage of his colleague, Moses Olaiya better known as Baba Sala, but refuted being the musician’s father. He admitted that Pasuma had infact been born while they were dating.
