Legal tussle: Kiss Daniel and Emperor Geezy’s G-Worldwide at war

The last has not been heard of the current beef between music star, Kiss Daniel and his former label, G-Worldwide Entertainment as the drama continues.

Days ago, the talented singer whose real name is Oluwatobiloba Daniel Dhikrullah Anidugbe was dragged to court by the label owned by Festus Ehimare better known as Emperor Geezy seeking for an injunction for the forfeiture of the name  ‘Kiss Daniel’ and all the songs he has recorded in the last four years. This is in reaction to his alleged deserting of his contractual agreement with the label and the establishment of his own imprint Fly Boy Inc.

The award winning singer has responded to the claims by G-Worldwide that they have an order stopping Kiss Daniel saying they are all blatant lies.

In a statement released by his legal representatives, Kiss Daniel disclosed that no court granted the request that his stage name should be relinquished to GWW while the court also refused to grant their request to prevent him from performing his songs.

No doubt this is still not the end to the yet unfolding drama as observers await the next line of action from Emperor Geezy and his team.
