In a heartwarming moment that has gone viral across social media, Roqeebat Adebisi Qazeem, a graduate of Lagos State University (LASU), has won a brand-new car on the popular language based test show Masoyinbo at Terra Kulture Arena in Lagos.

The show, live in Lagos, on 13th June saw a surprise gift courtesy of well-known philanthropist and show sponsor, Remmy Matics to the winner.

Masoyinbo is a popular YouTube web series hosted by Olalekan Fabilola to encourage Yoruba speaking amongst Nigerians and showcase the beauty of Yoruba culture to the world.

As the name implies Masoyinbo (meaning Do not Speak English), this web show involves the host asking the guest ten questions in Yoruba without using English to win N1 million naira.

Any attempt to speak English during the session will attract a reduction in price.

The announcement, which broke on social media, quickly sparked excitement, with videos of the car presentation trending.

The emotional footage shows Roqeebat receiving the keys with a mix of joy and disbelief.

Although little is publicly known about Roqeebat’s personal background beyond her status as a LASU alumna, the gesture has turned her into a symbol of hope for many young graduates striving to make their mark.

Viewers have praised Remmy Matics for continuing to use his platform to recognize and reward everyday people through meaningful acts of generosity.
