By LASPOTECH Crisis! Management Moves To Probe Union Leaders
Management of the Lagos State Polytechnic has extended an invitation to probe some members of the institution’s Union as investigation into their call for the removal of the Rector, Mr Samuel Oluyinka Sogunro.
In an internal memo made available to BlackBox Nigeria, the Chairman of the Association of Staff Union of Polytechnic (LASPOTECH Chapter), Mr Akinfolajimi Akinrinola; Mr Abiodun Awoyemi, Chairman of SSANUP LASPOTECH; Mr Semiu Fasasi, Chairman of NASU-LASPOTECH; and Mrs Adenike Oseni, the Insitution’s Principal Accountant.
The above unionists, a source told BlackBox Nigeria got on the wrong side of the management when they called for the removal of the Rector.
The Union leaders were summoned to appear before the investigative panel which was set up to probe their activities in the allegations of corruption against the Rector. They are to appear for question on Friday, September 15th at the Board Room of School of Technology, Ikorodu Campus (Main).
