By The Lagos State Creative Industry Initiative in conjunction with EbonyLife Media has set up a television production institute in the state.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Governor Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State said the creative Academy is the culmination of several months of planning on the best way to offer high-quality but free trainings to aspiring and established creative practitioners.
“The idea of the creative academy was first mooted during our pre-inauguration planning.
“I am excited to see that we are making remarkable progress in achieving our key vision for the education, technology, and creative sectors. This facility aptly captures our vision for a rejuvenated creative sector where practitioners can be trained and retrained at no cost.” the governor said.
