By It is a sad moment at the Lagos State House of Assembly as it has lost one of it’s vibrant lawmkaer, Hon Kazeem Ademola Alimi. BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the lawmaker died in Lagos after a battle in the hospital.
The lawmaker who represented Eti Osa State Constituency 1 in the Assembly died on Tuesday July 18th 2017 exactly two weeks after his 50th birthday.
A statement by Musbau Razak, Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker of the Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa and made available to BBN confirmed that the late lawmaker died at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, Lagos.
Hon Alimi, a two time lawmaker, until his death was the Chairman of the House Committee on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs. He is survived by his lovely wife and children.
