By After initially suspending Baale of Shangisha, Magodo, Chief Yusuf Ogundare, the Lagos State Government have deposed him off the title for faking his own kidnap.
It will be recalled that the Baale was said to have been kidnapped on July 5th along CMD Road in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA on his way back to his house.
It was gathered that the Police and other government officials busted the plan of the Baale when he was seen and arrested. He confessed to planning the kidnap with one of his sibling. They were later paraded at the Lagos House Alausa Ikeja where his suspension was handed to him.
He has now been stripped off the traditional title.
