Lagos Returns To Top Chart of Coronavirus Cases In Nigeria With 59 Victims

The jubilation around Lagos for not recording any coronavirus case on Monday 20 April 2020 after topping the table with 70 cases a day before seems to have been short lived as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control declared 59 new cases.

In its daily COVID-19 report for Tuesday 21 April 2020, at 11:25 pm, the agency said there are 117 new cases in Nigeria thus bring the total for the country to 782, Discharged 197 and
Deaths 25.

The break down reads;

117 new cases of #COVID19 have been reported;

59 in Lagos
29 in FCT
14 in Kano
6 in Borno
4 in Katsina
3 in Ogun
1 in Rivers
1 in Bauchi
