By The new Speaker of Lagos State Youth Parliament, Seriki Muritala has pledged his support to current Executive of Lagos State and the development of youth in Lagos State.
While speaking with BlackBox Nigeria, the new Speaker stated that is agenda is to raise the bar in youth representation in the state.
“Our desire is to raise the bar by creating a very vibrant Parliament with vibrant parliamentarians, who are committed to youth empowerment and creating sustainable image for the youth, ” Seriki said.
He noted that Lagos is the best in implementation of youth-centric policies and his team is ready to collaborate with the state government in achieving set objectives for the youths of Lagos State.
“We will collaborate with the government to solve all youth related problems. Our focus in this assembly will be to ensure that the voice of every youth is heard, ” Seriki said.
