By It was indeed a Day for the Ladies at the Lagos State University 21st Convocation Ceremony as awards were given to Outstanding Students and all seems to have been clinched by the Female graduands.
To the surprise of many seated at the Main Auditorium, the venue of the Convocation Ceremony, out of Nine Faculty Prizes, only one was won by a Male, the remaining eight were claimed by the Females.
The Overall Best Graduating Student, Orefunwa Elizabeth Remilekun won the University Prize of N100,000.
