The Kastina Police have rescued a kidnapped victim, as well as rustled domestic animals.
Blackboxnigeria gathered that, bandits, numbering about 18, had attacked Salihawar Dan-Alhaji Village, Kastina, as they kidnapped two females and rustled cows.
Following prompt response by men of the Kastina police, the suspects were engaged in an hot pursuit, as the police operatives engaged them in a gun duel.
The team succeeded in rescuing one of the victims, Laure Alhaja Amadu, 55, and also recovered 18 cows and 10 rams.
