By The Supreme Court of Nigeria moments ago gave a verdict which unseats Hon Herman Hembe of the Vandikwa/Konshisha Federal Constituency, Benue State and ordered for immediate replacement.
The ruling declared Mrs Dorathy Mato as the authentic candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), a ticket she won at the primary election.
The SUpreme Court also ordered Hon Hembe to return all the salaries and benefits he got while on the seat to Mrs Mato as she is expected to be sworn-in without delay. Hembe is expected to return all the benefits within 90 days.
