Just In: Lagos Gives Stay-At-Home Order To Civil Servants Over Coronavirus

The Lagos State Government has asked public officers from Grade level 1 to 12 to stay at home for the next 14 days as part of precautions to curb the spread of the coronavirus disease, BlackBox Nigeria can reliably report .

The State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, gave the order on Sunday during a statewide address.

The Governor said all public workers from grade 1 to grade 12 which constitutes 70 percent of public workers are to stop coming to work from 23rd March, 2020 for the next 2 weeks after which this decision will be reviewed.
