By Just In! EFCC Picks Former FIRS Boss, Tunder Fowler Over Alleged Fraud
Unconfirmed reports making rounds in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja has it that former Chairman of Federal Inland Revenue Service, Tunder Fowler has been picked up by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
It was gathered that the Tax expert was reportedly picked up by operatives of the country’s anti graft agency in the early hours of Monday, 2nd November, 2020 on allegations of fraud. It was learnt that his arrest may not be unconnected to the ongoing investigation of fraud involving Alpha Beta and Lagos Internal Revenue Services (LIRS), a case which was instituted by a former Chief Executive of the tax consulting firm.
