By Just In! Buhari Set To Appoint Nigerian Scholar, Gambari As New Chief Of Staff
Updates reaching BlackBox Nigeria at the moment has it that President Muhammadu Buhari is about to confirm the appointment of Professor Ibrahim Agboola Gambari CFR as his new Chief of Staff.
Professor Gambari, a diplomat of repute and former Minister of External Affairs in the 1980s hails from Ilorin, Kwara State. He was in office as Minister between 1984 and 1985.
It will be recalled that the previous Chief of Staff to the President, Mallam Abba Kyari died on April 17th, 2020 due to complications relating to coronavirus. The position has since been left vacuum after Kyari’s death.
