By Cote D’Ivoire star, Cheick Tiote is dead. BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the former Newcastle United player died in China while training with his club side.
His death has been confirmed by his agent, Emanuele Palladino. He however did not reveal the details of Tiote’s death as he demanded for respect for the bereaved’s family.
He said, “We cannot say any more at the moment and we request that his family’s privacy be respected at this difficult time. We ask for all your prayers”.
