For those who have remained skeptical about today’s election being probably postponed again, sorry to burst your pessimism. The election continues as scheduled as the Independent National Electoral Commission has decided to drop their Amaka ways (apologies to 2baba).

As planned, elections to decide who will be returned as the President of Nigeria as well as the National Assembly will begin this morning at 8am. 

Here are five quick info that can guide you for today’s election. 

    1. Ballot Box: The RED ballot box is for the Presidential election, the BLACK is for Senatorial election while the GREEN box is for House of Representatives election.

  1. Here are INEC hotlines that can be gotten across to incase of any emergency or security breach. 

 

4.     84,004,084 million people registered to vote but only 72,775,502 collected their Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) and are therefore qualified to vote. Make yours count.

5. Vote Wisely: Stay away from financial inducement and disengage from vote buying as it is morally and officially wrong. Be Guided!
