By A supposed funny scenario played out in Ikorodu on Sunday night when a suspect was arrested as he attempted to sneak into a building as he immediately cried out of being just a thief and not a member of the dreaded Badoo group.
It will be recalled that the Ikorodu community have in recent times come under attack by the evil group which have been killing both old and the young in their houses.
According to tweets by an eyewitness of the incident, the suspect after he was arrested cried out to being just a ‘thief’ and do not belong to the dreaded group.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the suspect immediately cried out so he won’t suffer a fate of jungle justice which have been the case of other alleged suspects recently arrested by the residents.
The unnamed suspect said, “Ejo, ole ni mi, mi onse Badoo‘ (meaning: Please, I’m only a thief, not a Badoo.)
The eyewitness disclosed to BBN that he was however not burnt by the residents.
