By Ikorodu top politician, Toyin Gafaar Bolowotan named Sanwo-Olu Sports Directorate Boss
Brand expert and sports administrator, Toyin Gafaar otherwise known as ‘Bolowotan’ has been named the Director of Sports Affairs for the Babajide Sanwo-Olu Independent Campaign Group.
It was gathered that the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate for Lagos, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu set up the Sports Directorate to ensure that the sporting community in the state got carried along in his campaign.
Toyin Gafaar Bolowotan joins the likes of Hon. Babajimi Benson who heads the Planning and Strategy Directorate, Comrade Sesan Daini of Media and Publicity amongst others.
Others include APC state Organising Secretary, Alhaji Abdullah Enilolobo who is the Director of Mobilisation; Hon. Adeniran Onilude (Special Duties); Tobi Lawal (Fund raising); Hon. SOB Agunbiade (Legal) and LAHA Deputy Speaker, Hon. Wasiu Eshilokun who is Research and Intelligence director.
Toyin Gafaar who is a leading politician in Ikorodu is the proprietor of Bolowotan Football club. He is also a sportsman who fought boxing and played football in his younger days.
