By Pupils of Africa Bethel Primary School Maya and Community Primary School, Imota were all smiles as the member of House of Representatives, Hon Babajimi Adegoke Benson celebrated his birthday in their midst.
The lawmaker spent early hours of Thursday, March 30th, 2017 at the Primary School in Maya where he commissioned a block of classroom before moving down to Imota Community Primary School for another commissioning.
Hon Benson went round the classes of the school as the pupils sang birthday songs to celebrate with him.
In his speech, Hon Benson reiterated his commitment to always reach out to his constituents in responding to their numerous requests.
He also used the moments to condole with the Maya community on the lost of one of its own, Koro, who was recently murdered in the area. After commissioning in Maya, he moved with his team to Imota Community, where the second block was commissioned.
He assured all the communities making up Ikorodu Federal Constituency of getting similar projects done in their domain.
He further used the opportunity to invite all his well wishers to join him at the Constituency office were the get-to-together for the birthday was to be held.
