Ijede residents to get free eye surgery, medical tests at ‘Ayewo Aanu’

People living with various degrees of medical conditions in Ijede LCDA are in for a swell time as the executive of the council is set to hold a first of its kind 3-day medical care.

BlackBox Nigeria gathers that the medical care program which begins tomorrow will be focusing on people with eye deficiency as well as diabetic patients.

A statement made exclusively available to our correspondent and signed by the Executive Vice Chairman, Hon Motunrayo Gbadebo disclosed that the event which is in collaboration with Eye Foundation Hospital will see the people get free ‘Eye Screening, Eye Surgery, Eye Glasses and Drugs’ while there shall also be screening and drugs for diabetic and hypertensive patients.

The 3-day community program is to be hosted by the Chairman of the LCDA, Hon. Fatiu Salisu.

The program holds from December 4-6, 2017 at 9am-4pm daily.
