The Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) has allegedly sealed a mansion in Park View Estate, Lagos belonging to the President of Nigerian Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Pinnick over allegations of corruption.
The Commission also placed a mansion in Maritama, Abuja, belonging to Shehu Dikko, second vice president of NFF and chairman of League Management Company of Nigeria, under investigations.
The commission stated that it’s investigating how the officials allegedly converted money meant for the federation to personal use.
Blackbox Nigeria gathered that other top officials of the football federation are currently on their heels over fear of possible arrest.
The president, Pinnick; first vice-president, Seyi Akinwunmi; secretary general, Mohammed Sanusi; and a board member of NFF are all to appear before a federal high court in Abuja on the 26 of this month over unaccounted FIFA grants reportedly running into billions.
