By “I WAS FLUNG AWAY BY THE POLICEMAN WHO KILLED MY DAUGHTER” – MOTHER RECOUNTS HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE
It is certainly not the best of times for family members of Shakiru Adijat as they mourn the sudden loss of their 14-year-old daughter who was recently killed in cold blood by a reckless police officer in the Adamo area of Ikorodu through what the Police command referred as an “accidental discharge.”

The most hit by this tragic loss appears to be the mother of the victim as she is currently devastated making the atmosphere around the house highly emotional.
This was revealed by representatives of Ikorodu Division Youth Movement after visiting Adijat’s mother who recounted the horrific experience that unfolded right before her eyes.
S.O.B Agunbiade Condemns Alleged Killing Of Girl By Reckless Police Officer In Ikorodu
According to Adijat’s mother who spoke in Yoruba, she was flung away by the fleeing police officer after he pulled the trigger at her daughter. She also revealed that all effort to stop the police officer from fleeing proved abortive.
In her words as translated,
“I was flung away by the policeman who killed my daughter after I charged at him.”
Recall that BlackBox Nigeria had earlier reported that as plans to bring the indicted police officer who is now detained by the Area A Police Command to book, Hon. S.O.B Agunbiade, the lawmaker representing Ikorodu Constituency 1 at the Lagos State House of Assembly in collaboration with the Lagos Chapter of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA had initiated a pro bono case against the police authority to see that justice is served.
However, since the occurrence of the tragic incidents few days ago, condolences from different quarters have been pouring in to assuage the family of the deceased for their irreplaceable loss.
