HUSHPUPPI: 50 Cent to make serial movie on Nigerian fraudster
Ever the businessman, top American rapper and entrepreneur, Curtis Jackson better known as 50 Cent has hinted at making a series with the life of convicted Nigerian born fraudster, Hushpuppi.
Ramon Abbas who came into the limelight due to his lifestyle which includes posting luxury items, outfits and vehicles on his social media pages was busted months ago in Dubai following months of intensified investigation. It was discovered that he has been involved in various schemes defrauding different organizations of millions of dollars.
He was arrested in Dubai.
Following his arrest, Hushpuppi was extradited to the US where his trial began after which he was found guilty of the crime.
Days ago, Judge Otis Wright of the United State district court sentenced him to 11 years in a federal prison.
Quite an interesting story, 50 Cent who has produced other successful movies including the highly rated Power where he also had a main role, hours ago took to his Instagram to reveal that he will be filming a series on Hushpuppi.
“For my scammers I gotta do this one, Hushpuppy series coming soon! GLG”, the G-Unit boss posted on Instagram.
